Celestial Season can be considered as one of the first Dutch bands to embrace the doom/death style. Stygian Crown formed in 2018 with a mission to celebrate epic doom in the vein of Candlemass, Solitude Aeturnus and Black Sabbath. Active since 1994 Officium Triste is the band that ignited Dutch Doom Days back in 2002.
