Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to have your personal data erased.

At Jamr we respect your privacy and your right to be forgotten. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This process is free and we will process your request within 30 days.

How to Submit a Removal Request

There are two ways to have your data deleted.

Option 1: Via the AppThe fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Jamr app:

1. Open the Jamr app and go to your profile2. Tap the gear icon (Settings)3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"4. Confirm your choice

Option 2: Via EmailIf you no longer have access to the app, you can also send an email:

1. Send an email to support@jamr.live2. Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"3. Include the email address associated with your account4. We will confirm your request within 48 hours

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a full deletion request, the following data will be permanently erased.

• Account details: Your name, email address and profile picture• Profile information: Bio, age and additional uploaded photos• Preferences: Favorite events, artists and venues• Social data: Friend lists and group memberships• Content: Posted experiences and comments• Payment history: Transaction data and subscriptions

Data We Must Retain

Some data we are legally required to retain.

Due to legal obligations, we cannot immediately delete certain data:

• Financial records: Invoices and payment receipts (7 year retention requirement)• Legal matters: Data required for ongoing legal proceedings

This data will be automatically deleted once the legal retention period has expired.

Processing Time

We process deletion requests as quickly as possible.

• Via the app: Deleted immediately• Via email: Within 30 days (usually within 7 business days)

You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Important Information

Please read this before deleting your account.

• Irreversible: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone• Active subscriptions: Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account• New account: You can create a new account after deletion, but you will lose all previous data
