1.2 Capacity to ContractYou represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
1.3 Ongoing AgreementYour continued use of the App constitutes ongoing agreement to these Terms, as they may be modified from time to time.

What we do and the services we provide.
Jamr is a social platform that helps users discover music events, concerts, and festivals while building communities around shared musical interests. Our services include:
• Event Discovery: Search and browse music events, concerts, and festivals• Social Networking: Connect with friends, share experiences, and build music communities• Experience Sharing: Post photos, videos, and reviews of music events• Personalized Recommendations: Tailored event suggestions based on your preferences• Artist and Venue Following: Stay updated on your favorite artists and venues• Ticket Information: Links and information about event ticketing (we do not sell tickets directly)
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Who can use Jamr.
• Netherlands and EU: 16 years old (in compliance with Dutch GDPR implementation)• Other jurisdictions: Age of digital consent as required by local law• Parental Consent: Users under 16 in the Netherlands require verifiable parental consent
4. User Accounts and Security
Creating and maintaining your account.
4.1 Account CreationYou may create an account using:
• Apple Sign-In: Secure authentication through your Apple ID• Google Sign-In: Authentication through your Google account
4.2 Account Information AccuracyYou agree to:

6.1 Content Ownership and LicensingYou retain ownership of all content you post to Jamr. By posting content, you grant Jamr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
6.2 Content StandardsAcceptable Content: Event photos, concert reviews, music recommendations, artist discussions, venue information, and other music-related content that adds value to our community.
7. Content Moderation

7.1 Moderation ApproachWe use a combination of:
• Community reporting and flagging• Automated detection systems• Human review for complex cases• Proactive monitoring of public content
7.2 Enforcement ActionsDepending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:
• Issue warnings and educational guidance• Temporarily restrict certain features• Suspend account for specified periods• Permanently ban accounts for serious violations

• Continuous, uninterrupted service availability• Accuracy of event information from third-party sources• Third-party services are subject to their own terms• External links are provided for convenience only
10.2 Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Jamr's total liability to you for all claims is limited to:
• Paid Users: The amount you paid to Jamr in the 12 months preceding the claim• Free Users: €100 (one hundred euros)
11. Termination
Ending your relationship with Jamr.
11.1 Termination RightsEither party may terminate this agreement:
• You: By deleting your account at any time• We: For violations of these Terms or legal requirements
11.2 Effect of TerminationUpon termination:
• Your right to use the services immediately ceases• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes• Data deletion follows our retention policies and GDPR requirements
