Use of Information

Data from Google Login: Information such as user ID, name, email, and profile picture obtained through Google login is retained for the duration of the user’s account activity plus one year to facilitate reactivation of dormant accounts.


Event Preferences and User Interactions: Data related to events users favorite and interactions with event listings are retained for a period of two years to ensure a dynamic and responsive user experience.


Biographical Information and Age: User-provided information like bio details and age are stored for the life of the user account plus one year for account recovery purposes.


Location Data: Location data provided by users is used exclusively while they are actively using the app to show relevant events in their area. This data is not stored beyond the duration of the app session. Once the user closes or exits the app, their location data is immediately discarded to ensure their privacy and data minimization.


User-Uploaded Content: Photos and event information uploaded by users are stored for a period of three years or until they are no longer relevant to the platform’s community, whichever is shorter.


App Usage Data: Information on how users interact with the app is collected and retained for a period of one year for the purpose of improving app functionality.


The retention of all personal data is subject to our ongoing review and any applicable legal requirements. We regularly evaluate the necessity of keeping the data, and if it is no longer required for the specified purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
